Our food tour concept

We are ''echte'' Berliners who have been chowing down city's gastronomic wonderland for years, always hungry for more! Our team is obsessed with our multi-facet culinary scene. But we all began at the beginning, the essentials.

At the heart of our concept is our beloved Berliner Bear, the official mascot of Berlin. Paired with the iconic TV Tower, visible even from the moon (well, almost), it's the perfect combo – like the cheese on my pizza, but Berlin style. Bears are known for their voracious munching habits, and while we won't go full bear-mode, we're definitely here to devour every tasty tidbit for a solid 2.5 hours. Get ready for a feast that even the bear would envy!

Join our epicurean escapade with not one, but two tours that will tickle your taste buds and tease your tummy!

Ate some delicious food. Enjoyed learning about the food we were eating and the people behind who made it. Would recommend adding this to your list of things to do.

Had an amazing tour with Lee, I highly recommend picking this food tour. This was such a perfect size for a group food tour, only 6 of us and it was ideal and intimate. Make sure you come hungry because it is so much delicious food!

I had such high hopes for this tour, but I have to be honest that it wasn't even close to the best food tour I have been on. Maybe it was the 37c temperatures, the lack of stopping in shade, lack of opportunities to hydrate that made me not like it. The host Holger, while very knowledgeable, spent just a little too much time speaking of how the former Eastern side has embraced new buildings and companies, while the west fought back against corporate conglomerates. While that in itself is a noble cause, perhaps he needed to be reminded that the East fought for actual human rights and not merely the cosmetics of a neighbourhood. I found this to be quite annoying as he brought it up numerous times during the tour. However, he is a wealth of information about other matters and I did learn a tremendous amount. The tour did promise that there would be plenty of food, but nothing really popped out of my mind except the currywurst and the backeri. The Thai food was very bland and I'm not sure he understood that as one who travels to Vancouver regularly, Asian food needs to be very on point as Vancouver has some of the best Asian food in the world. For the price I paid, I was not overwhelmed. Not a great bargain for the pocket book. The knowledge was exceptional, but the food was bland at best and not memorable at all.

I just finished a vegan food tour with Lee. The guide was extremely knowledgeable of the food scene in general, especially the origination and proliferation of the vegan food scene. Instead of trying just sample items I was able to go into multiple stuff and picking shoes what I wanted to have. definitely recommend.
